We partnered with local architect friends to fully renovate this space, transforming it into our personal retreat where we recharge whenever possible. Now we're offering this central gem to young professionals and digital nomads seeking a comfortable, inspiring place to call home during their Budapest chapter. This fully renovated loft by the renowned HBellorin interior design studio maximizes space and functionality while keeping you close to everything the city offers. With dedicated work spaces in both bedrooms, it's perfect for remote workers, freelancers and professionals who need a productive environment alongside comfortable living. Located on the first floor overlooking a peaceful inner courtyard, the apartment offers tranquility despite its central location. The building has an elevator (note: one flight of stairs from entrance to elevator). The loft features a living room, fully-equipped kitchen, two mezzanine bedrooms, bathroom and laundry/utility room. All is designed for comfortable extended stays. Both bedrooms include a queen double bed, dedicated desk with chair and wardrobe. The living room has a comfortable sofa and smart TV with streaming services (Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Netflix, Rakuten, Sky Showtime, all accessible with your own accounts). The bathroom features a shower and the kitchen comes equipped for home cooking. The utility room includes a washer with built-in dryer function and all necessary cleaning tools. Unique Design: A highlight of Pasarela Loft is its distinctive aesthetic where bold contemporary design meets the timeless character of Budapest's historic architecture. Please note the mezzanine bedrooms have a ceiling height of approximately 190 cm, preserving the building's character while maintaining livable, comfortable spaces. Courtyard-facing windows ensure the apartment remains quiet and peaceful. The loft is energy-efficient with double-glazed windows, air conditioning (for heating and cooling) and no gas usage. 2 sets of bed linen and towel sets are provided as well as kitchen basics, welcome basket including snacks, coffee, tea, toiletries, toilet paper and other essentials. Please replenish items as needed from nearby supermarkets. Weekly cleaning of the apartment is available on request. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
