Si affitta un appartamento molto luminoso e accogliente, pensato appositamente per ospitare quattro studentesse in ambienti comodi, funzionali e ben organizzati. L’appartamento è composto da quattro ampie camere singole, una cucina, un bagno e un balcone condiviso. Le camere sono arredate con letto da una piazza e mezza o matrimoniale, armadio, scrivania, lavagna e mensole per i libri. Una delle camere dispone inoltre di una terrazza ad uso esclusivo. Ogni dettaglio è stato studiato per garantire il massimo comfort e favorire la concentrazione durante lo studio. L’immobile è in ottimo stato ed è stato recentemente ristrutturato, con particolare attenzione alle esigenze degli studenti. Tutte le finestre sono dotate di infissi nuovi con zanzariere; ogni camera dispone di radiatore per il riscaldamento e l’appartamento è servito da tre split per l’aria condizionata, per garantire comfort in ogni stagione. La cucina è spaziosa e completamente attrezzata, ideale per la vita quotidiana e la condivisione degli spazi; è dotata di frigorifero, microonde e lavastoviglie, con accesso a una terrazza comune. Sono presenti anche lavatrice e asciugatrice, per una gestione pratica e autonoma della quotidianità. Per maggiore comodità, vengono fornite lenzuola e asciugamani, comprensivi di un ricambio, rendendo l’appartamento pronto all’uso fin dal primo giorno. La posizione è particolarmente strategica: la fermata dell’autobus si trova proprio sotto casa e Venezia è raggiungibile in circa 10 minuti. Le immagini allegate sono rendering che mostrano il risultato finale dell’appartamento, attualmente in fase conclusiva di ristrutturazione; le visite sono comunque già possibili. L’immobile è disponibile per la locazione a partire dal 1° febbraio. Nel canone sono incluse pulizie approfondite mensili delle parti comuni.
