Für unsere wunderschöne grosse Lichtdurchflutete und Naturnahe Wohnung in Stallikon, suchen wir befristet für 4 Monate von April-July 2026 eine Mitbewohnende Person. Kurz zu uns: Juli arbeite als Therapeut in Zürich und hat den grünsten Daumen, er kümmert sich liebevoll um Pflänzlis und auch unsere beiden Büsis, Muggi und Balu. Ich bin angehende Sozialarbeiterin und arbeite neben bei im Sozialbereich und auch als selbständige Fotografin. Wir gehen regelmässig Bouldern und legen von Zeit zu Zeit elektronische Musik auf (DJ Booth ist noch in the making:), meditieren, machen Yoga oder malen. Wir sind beide sehr WG-Erfahren und erst vor kurzem aus unserem wunderschönen WG-Haus in Zürich Stadt hier nach Stallikon gezogen. Uns ist ein konekten zu Hause wichtig. Trotzdem ist das Zuhause für uns auch ein Rückzugsort wo wir wieder Batterien aufladen können und wir gegenseitig unseren Space respektieren. Die Wohnung hat über 100m2 und du würdest sie dir, mit Juli und mit unseren beiden Katzen Muggi und Balu teilen. Es gibt ausserdem einen Waschturm, zwei Badezimmer, eine offene Küche die übergeht in ein Loftartiges Wohnzimmer. Dein Zimmer hat einen unverbauten Ausblick in die Natur, grosse bodentiefe Fenster und ist sehr Lichtdurchflutet. Es sind ca 18m2. Das Zimmer kostet 950CHF pro Monat und wird teilmöbliert vermietet nach Absprache. Mit dem Postauto bist du in ca 15min beim Triemli und in 20min bist du am BHF Wiedikon im belebten Kreis 4 in mitten der Stadt. Nachtzüge hast du am Weekend ab dem HB stündlich, via Birmensdorf. Also eine wirklich sehr gute und schnelle Anbindung in die Stadt. Und trotzdem bist du umgeben von Natur und wunderbaren Spazierwegen, also best of both worlds!
