English Version below Stanza singola con letto matrimoniale, arredata con tutti i comfort, in appartamento condiviso con un'altra persona donna lavoratrice. La stanza ha una superficie di 20 metri quadrati circa. Nella camera sono presenti scrivania, sedia, armadio, 1 letto matrimoniale, (no 2 letti singoli, 1 solo letto matrimoniale) lampade. Coperte e lenzuola sono incluse nel prezzo dell'affitto (per la biancheria del letto chiederò un prezzo di 60 euro da pagare cash a parte al chech in per portarle in lavanderia alla fine del soggiorno (lavaggio e sanificazione per il prossimo coinquilino!). L'appartamento ha una superficie totale di 80 metri quadrati ed è stato appena ristrutturato dunque tutti i mobili della casa sono nuovi. Nelle aree comuni open space salotto/cucina è possibile preparare i pasti (pentole, piatti e tutte le stoviglie sono incluse!) e se si ha voglia durante i pasti si può trascorrere del tempo e socializzare. Tutti gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi ed a risparmio energetico classe A++ frigo, congelatore, lavastoviglie, piano cottura induzione. Anche il bagno è stato appena ristrutturato con elettrodomestici nuovi a basso consumo sia lavatrice che boiler che fornisce acqua calda in tutta la casa, box doccia in cristallo e sanitari nuovi. La casa ha la porta blindata, video citofono, servizio di portineria con portiere a piano terra, riscaldamento centralizzato. L'appartamento si trova al quinto piano dunque è luminosissimo, esposto ad ovest si gode spesso di tramonti coloratissimi. Molto bello il panorama! Le spese condominiali non sono incluse nel canone di affitto e hanno un costo di 100€ che comprende portiere, acqua e riscaldamento da corrispondere cash al check in (e per chi starà più di un mese ad inizio di ogni mese!). Per le utenze è previsto un costo medio di 60 euro per l'elettricità. Viene richiesto un minimo di permanenza di 1 mese. It faces west, offering frequent, colorful sunsets. The view is breathtaking! Condominium fees are not included in the rent and cost €100, which includes concierge, water, and heating. These fees are payable in cash upon check-in (and at the beginning of each month for those staying longer than a month!). Utilities cost an average of €60 for electricity.
