Daily Care: The apartment is small but kept impeccably. I personally ensure that the bathroom and common areas are in perfect, clean condition every single day. The Atmosphere: You will share the home with two adults and a friendly poodle. We look for an environment based on mutual respect, harmony, and rest. A HEALTHY & QUIET HOME We maintain a balanced and conscious lifestyle. To ensure everyone’s well-being: Smoke-Free Space: We are strictly non-smokers. We look for someone who also doesn't smoke to keep the air in the house clean and healthy. Healthy Cooking: We like to keep the kitchen fresh and organized. We avoid frequent deep-frying, but you will have your own space to prepare your healthy and natural meals. Mindful Visits: To preserve the harmony of our space, visits are welcome on a very occasional and exceptional basis, always with prior notice. We prioritize the home as a place for tranquility. COMFORT & SUSTAINABILITY To ensure you enjoy the Madrid winter responsibly: We provide high-quality bedding (thermal duvet and blankets). You will have a low-consumption heater in your room for mindful and occasional use whenever you need extra warmth. STRATEGIC LOCATION & 24H MOBILITY Metro: 10-minute walk to Alsacia (L2) – Direct to Sol and Gran Vía without transfers. 24h Connection: Day and night buses ("Búhos") to the city center are just steps away from the door. Services: Carrefour and CC Las Rosas mall are right next door. Easy and free street parking in the area. PROFILE & CONDITIONS Clean, responsible person with their main activity outside the home.
