The apartment is fully furnished and offers various AMENITIES: • Chaise longue sofa with two extendable modules for extra comfort and a storage compartment • Roomba robot vacuum for autonomous floor cleaning • Dishwasher • Washer–dryer • 2-meter-tall refrigerator with three freezer drawers, providing plenty of storage space • Iron drying rack in the outdoor patio and a foldable drying rack for use inside the patio on rainy days • Air conditioning with heat pump for winter, one unit in the living room and another in the double bedroom • New frying pans, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, hand blender, etc. In the double bedroom, the bed has a storage base (ottoman bed), offering a large additional storage space. LOCATION: • The BEACH is a 10-minute walk straight ahead • The CITY CENTER is a 15-minute walk • Several supermarkets (Mercadona, Día, Aldi, Lidl...), local shops, and cafés are 5 minutes away or less • The BUS STATION is a 4-minute walk • Vivagym gym is a 5-minute walk, and other training centers and dance academies are just 3 minutes away Although you can contact me through (hidden), for a faster response I recommend doing so via (hidden). El piso actualmente consta de dos habitaciones, un baño, salón, cocina y patio. El piso está totalmente amueblado con distintas COMODIDADES: - SOFÁ CHAISELONGUE con dos módulos extraibles para poder estár más cómodo y arpón (espacio de almacenaje) - ROOMBA para barrer el suelo de forma autónoma. - Lavavajillas - Lavadora - Secadora - Nevera de 2 metros de alto y 3 cajones de congelador para tener espacio suficiente. - Tendedero de hierro en el patio exterior y uno abatible para ponerlo dentro del patio en días lluviosos. - Aire acondicionado con bomba de calor para el invierno, uno en el salón y otro en la habitación doble. - Sartenes nuevas, tostadora, cafetera, cubiertos, batidora de mano, etc. En la habitación doble la cama tiene canapé por lo que se cuenta con un gran espacio de almacenaje extra. Por lo que respecta a la UBICACIÓN: - la PLAYA está a 10 minutos andando recto - el CENTRO a 15 minutos andando - diversos supermercados (Mercadona, Día, Aldi, Lidl.. . ), tiendas de barrio y cafeterías a 5 minutos y menos. - la ESTACIÓN de autobuses a 4 minutos andando - el GIMNASIO Vivagym a 5 minutos andando y otros centros de entrenamiento y academias de baile a 3 minutos.
