There is also a dedicated outdoor dining area suitable for meals and relaxed time outside during the warmer months. Private parking on the premises is available for up to two cars, which is particularly convenient for tenants working in the wider Ruhr or Düsseldorf area. The property is located in Essen-Heidhausen, a quiet, green, and residential area popular with families and professionals.
