The ground floor, currently used for storage, can be reorganized to function as a home office. There is mobile phone coverage, allowing the use of mobile internet. For cooking, there is an electric stove and a fireplace, as well as a traditional annex designed for wood-fire cooking. The house has thick walls and double-glazed windows, providing good thermal comfort.
