In diesem Zimmer hast du dein eigenes Badezimmer gleich daneben. Die Gemeinschaftsküche teilst du (wenn jemand da ist) mit anderen Gästen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und im Zimmer hast du einen Tisch zum Essen und einen TV zum Entspannen! Mach es dir gemütlich! Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Haus indem noch Bauarbeiten stattfinden können unter tags unter der Woche! Daher kann es zu Lärm und Staub Belästigungen kommen. Es gibt einen Fernseher aber noch keine Verbindung zu TV Programmen oder Satellit. Man kann sich mit einem mitgebrachten eigenen HDMI Kabel mit dem Fernseher verbinden. Ebenfalls gibt es eine Waschmaschine, welche gemeinsam von den anderen Gästen (falls vorhanden) benutzt werden kann. Diese befindet sich 2 Meter von der Tür des Apartments...

How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
