Das Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und besteht aus zwei getrennten Zimmern: Ein Schlafzimmer mit einem gemütlichen Doppelbett und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Kochutensilien – ideal, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Ein TV sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Gäste haben das gesamte Apartment für sich allein. Privatsphäre, verlässliches WLAN und alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt sind vorhanden. Die Kommunikation erfolgt unkompliziert über die (hidden)-Nachrichten. Ich bin bei Fragen oder Problemen jederzeit erreichbar und helfe gerne weiter. Das Apartment steht den Gästen während des Aufenthalts vollständig zur Verfügung. Die U-Bahn-Station Alser Straße (U6) ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet eine schnelle Verbindung ins Stadtzentrum. Mehrere Straßenbahnlinien (z. B. 43 und 44) bringen Sie direkt zur Ringstraße oder zum Schottentor. In der Umgebung gibt es auch Busverbindungen und gute Möglichkeiten für Carsharing oder E-Scooter. How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
