Das Zimmer ist 21 m2 groß und voll möbliert: Bett, Schreibtisch mit Bildschirm, Schrank und Sessel (Bilder 1-5) . Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 86 m2, eine gemeinsame Küche mit Spülmaschine & Waschmaschine, einen kleinen Balkon und ein gemeinsam genutztes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, Couch und Fernseher. Die Wohnung liegt in der Holzgartenstraße im Stadtteil Bleiweiß, im Bereich des Nibelungenviertels. – Straßenbahn: 1 Minute zu Fuß (mit Straßenbahn 7 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof) – Edeka: ebenfalls 1 Minute – Luitpoldhain: ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß – Café Elster, Vegöner, Z-Bau sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe Du würdest mit Vincent (28) zusammenwohnen. Er arbeitet beim BUND Naturschutz und spielt gerne Gitarre – oft gibt es sehr angenehme Hintergrundmusik. Er ist offen, unkompliziert und kocht und isst auch gern mal zusammen, wenn es für alle passt. Ich bin Marc, 26, Masterstudent im Maschinenbau, und ab Februar für ein Erasmus-Semester im Ausland. Deshalb vermiete ich mein Zimmer von Mitte Februar bis Mitte Juli unter.  Warmmiete: 650 € (inkl. How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
