The house has a shared living room with a dining/work table with 4 chairs, two sofas, a smart TV, and a balcony. There are also two outdoor areas. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee machine, and all the basics for everyday cooking. There is a resident 11 year old cat so hopefully you are a cat lover or allergy-free :) There is a cafe, laundry, several restaurants, and a stop with buses 8, 13, and 22 within a 1-minute walk. The Lidl, pharmacy, stationery store, and other local shops are 5 minutes away. The house is a 15/20-minute walk from Cascais station, 3 minutes by car from the A5, and parking is easy. It has a quiet environment and good natural light. The neighborhood is quiet, and at the door of the house is the entrance to the natural trail of Ribeira das Vinhas, which in one direction goes to Cascais, and in the other to the Serra de Sintra, perfect for outdoor exercise...

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
