This fully furnished 26m2 one-room apartment in Helsinki has a kitchenette, bathroom and a separate toilet. It is located in a beautiful old stone building, at a very central location just a 2-minute walk from the metro, bus and tram stops of Sörnäinen. 16 minutes by metro from Aalto university metro station. Grocery stores (REDI mall, S-market, K-market), gyms, a library, and the vibrant bars and restaurants of the Sörnäinen/Kallio area are all within a walking distance. The furniture includes a 120cm bed with duvet and pillows, a big dining table, a closet and a piano (can be stored elsewhere if you don't want to play!), kitchenware and cleaning tools. The apartment comes with access to the shared laundry and drying room facilities and bike storage. Water, electricity and home insurance are included in the rent. The kitchen has a freezer, fridge, oven, stove, microwave, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, pots and pans. The starting and ending times of the contract can be negotiated.
