It is located in the heart of Rotterdam, 3 mins walk from Blaak station with grocery stores and a gym less than 5 min walk in any direction. The house is fully furnished at 90m2. The room available is 10m2. Apart from the rooms, all areas are shared in 90m2 apartment. 1. The preferred sublet [ Jan 11 - Jan 31, 2026]: € 720 (all inclusive) 2. The move out date is negotiable considering € 1115/month (all inclusive). This is baseline for amounts paid based on move out date. Housemate (me) I'm an expat young professional in my late twenties. I like going to the gym, doing strength sports, dancing bachata/salsa and cooking. I'm an extroverted person of south Asian descent and have been in the Netherlands for more that 5 years now. I work in aerospace. I'm neat and clean, a non-smoker and sensitive to sound. The walls separating the rooms are drywall (thin) so discretion is expected on both our parts to maintain a minimal noise footprint, especially at night.
