It is a very central apartment 4 minutes by walk to Porta Nuova . 5 minute walk to Valentino Park and Piazza Madama Cristina. Around the apartment, there are many supermarkets and local bazaars. It's in the middle of the hearth of the Turin. You can find many different styles of restaurants and study areas around the apartment. Our apartment is right in the heart of San Salvario. It is one of the most attractive places in San Salvador and also right next to the Centro. San Salvario is very beautiful in terms of aesthetics and architecture, but also very rich, lively and fun in terms of culture. The apartment is surrounded by many restaurants where you can taste the food of different cultures, from Michelin star restaurants to restaurants. (The prices of the restaurants are reasonable and the best restaurants of Turin make the neighborhood a special place in terms of gastronomy) In San Salvador, you can also find the following within a 100-meter radius of the apartment: Attractive and appealing bars, art studios, working bars and cafes, flea market, fresh fruit and vegetable market set up 6 days a week, cinema, theater, everything you can think of and want. Because the area is the center of artists, tourists and students who come to the city to have fun and observe the culture. 350 euros will be paid as rent each month during the stay. Monthly costs for the room in the building are +250 euros for each month. The number of months you are in the room is multiplied by 250€ per month and added extracted from the depozit at the ned of the stay. example : 250 euro x 6 months = 1500 euros . It is charged at the time of booking. All bills/expenses etc. from the beginning to the end of the stay are included in the +250 euros. A deposit of 400 euros is required for the stay (for security reasons) and will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
