Downtown Reykjavík, the seaside walking path, Grandi’s restaurants and exhibitions, cafés, a swimming pool, and several supermarkets are all within easy walking distance. Free street parking and good bus connections make getting around easy. The home is shared with a small number of housemates and includes a spacious living room with a smart TV and large sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and two bathrooms (a guest WC and a main bathroom with shower). All bedrooms in the home have private door locks. This room is located on the fourth floor (top floor) and is the only bedroom on this level, offering extra privacy. It is a bright and spacious attic-style room with angled ceilings and a cozy atmosphere. The room is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, a full-size work desk with ergonomic chair, a wardrobe with shelves and hanging space, extra seating, and a small bedside table. There is also a TV (older model) with a brand-new Amazon Fire Stick, as well as blackout blinds for restful sleep....
