All the furniture will stay in the room, and when it comes to decoration, I can remove everything or leave it as it is – whatever you prefer :) About the rest of the apartment: There's a large, comfortable living kitchen, the toilet is separate from the bathroom (so practical!), and we also have a bike storage room. The rest of the apartment is also very bright and cozy, and it comes with a second, larger balcony. Location Even though the apartment is not directly in the old town, it is very well connected: A bus that is only a 3-minute walk away takes you directly to Jakominiplatz (the central transfer hub in Graz). By bike, you can reach the old town in just 10 minutes. The building is located in a quiet area with a large inner courtyard. Attention, danger of laziness: Spar (grocery store) is in the same building! ⋆. 𐙚 ̊ Flatmates Very very lovely shared flat. If you love having movie nights together as much as we do, then you’ve come to the right place. Sometimes we also cook together in the shared living kitchen. As for cleanliness, there is a cleaning schedule in which everyone takes on a different task each week. Not a party flat!
