It is located in the northern part of Madrid but has easy access, and you can reach the city center in just 30 minutes. The space Welcome to my apartment! This charming 70 m2 property offers a cozy and comfortable retreat, ideal for travelers looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is located on the first floor, with a short staircase to access it. The living room features a comfortable seating area with a TV and a cozy double sofa bed. The kitchen provides a warm atmosphere for socializing and enjoying meals with your companions. It includes essential cookware and cutlery, as well as an oven, stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker. There are two lovely bedrooms: the main bedroom has two single beds and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom also has two comfortable single beds and ample storage. The bathroom has all the essentials, including clean towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. - Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. - Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). - Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. - Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
