From the 1st of February, a double room will be available in a historical apartment recently renovated (a 15th-century building) in Sperone Speroni street, Padova, right in the city center, two minutes from the city's main squares and several universities. The room features a spacious open wardrobe and a queen-size bed (currently occupied by a couple). Starting from the 1st of February, the bed will be replaced by 2 single beds. There is a window which can be open electrically. Price: 375 euro for each bed per month. (If used by a single person the total price is 690 euros.) Electricity and heating costs are not included. All the other expenses (internet, water, garbage taxes,and administration/condominium fees) are included A security deposit is required. We ask you to stay at least until September 1st. After that date, the contract can be extended for a year. The apartment has a private entrance and consists of two bathrooms, a large open space with kitchen, a spacious basement, two bedrooms. A total of 2 maximum 3 people will be staying in the apartment. There is a washing machine, dryer, air conditioning/dehumidification system in all rooms (including the bedroom), and a microwave/oven.
