Large windows ensure plenty of natural light and ventilation, while reliable heating keeps the room warm throughout the winter. The shared apartment is highly equipped for a comfortable daily life, featuring a full kitchen with an oven, air fryer, dishwasher, and all necessary cooking utensils. There is also a washing machine with a built-in dryer. For convenience, the apartment boasts a modern bathroom (with a heated towel rail) and a separate toilet. The flatshare is mixed-gender, currently comprising one woman and three men (ages 20 to 28), and generally maintains a calm, student-friendly atmosphere, although friendly chats often take place in the kitchen. The location offers excellent access to amenities and green spaces. A Rewe supermarket is just around the corner. The tram stop is only a 5-minute walk away. The U-Bahn station (Arabellapark) is a 20-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride, and the S-Bahn station (Englschalking) is a 6-minute bike ride. The nearby Arabellapark is a highlight, offering beautiful green space, especially in the summer.
