This charming 81 m2 apartment is perfectly located near Madrid-Barajas Airport, as well as shops, supermarkets, and the Plenilunio shopping center. The living room features a comfortable sofa to relax on, a TV to enjoy your favorite shows, and a dining table that's perfect for sharing meals in good company. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all essential utensils and cookware. For your convenience, there’s also a washing machine available. The apartment has three cozy bedrooms: one with a double bed and wardrobe, and two others with two single beds each—one of these also includes a crib, perfect for families with young children. All beds come with clean linens. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, so you have everything you need to refresh and feel at home. For your comfort and peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay. Enjoy your stay! Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – not available for tourist stays. To complete the booking, it is essential to sign a seasonal rental agreement and provide proof of the reason for your stay. After booking, you will receive a contract to sign. Without the signed agreement, the reservation will be canceled with no right to a refund. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide it at an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. -Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. -Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). -Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. -Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
