The space Welcome to my apartment! This inviting 75 m2 three-bedroom apartment in Madrid offers the perfect retreat for families and friends looking for comfort and a memorable stay. Located on the ground floor, the space blends convenience and charm in a peaceful residential setting. The open-plan living area is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and socialising. It features a cosy sofa, a wide-screen TV for your entertainment, and a dining table for shared meals and conversations. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals with ease, such as a stove, oven, microwave, as well as all essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment also features a washer and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs during your stay. The sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a double bed and two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds. All beds are dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, each stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. - Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. - Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). - Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. - Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
