Zur Zwischenmiete biete ich meine private, vollständig eingerichtete Wohnung im absoluten Zentrum von Köln an – zwischen Neumarkt und Heumarkt. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn du Köln wirklich nutzen willst: Innenstadt fußläufig, hervorragende ÖPNV-Anbindung in alle Richtungen, schnell zum Hauptbahnhof, zur Kölner Messe und mit direkter Anbindung Richtung Flughafen. Und das Beste: Obwohl so zentral, ist die Wohnung komplett ruhig, weil sie zum Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Dazu kommt ein Balkon – ideal zum Durchatmen mitten in der Stadt. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz gehört ebenfalls dazu, was in dieser Lage ein echtes Plus ist. Die Wohnung ist kein liebloses (hidden), sondern für jemanden gedacht, der für eine Zeit in Köln lebt und einen echten, funktionierenden Haushalt braucht. Ich räume alle persönlichen Dinge heraus – du kannst alles Vorhandene ganz normal mitbenutzen. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man im Alltag braucht: vollständige Küche mit sämtlichen Utensilien, Drucker, Staubsauger und Saugroboter – du kannst mit Koffer einziehen und sofort losleben. Zusätzlich gibt’s modernen Komfort durch Smart-Home-Ausstattung: angenehme Philips-Hue-Beleuchtung, smarte Thermostate für konstante Wohlfühltemperatur und Musiklautsprecher in jedem Raum. Zeitraum: 01. Februar bis 30. August (berufsbedingt in Süddeutschland). Am liebsten über den gesamten Zeitraum, kürzere Mieten ab 3 Monaten sind aber denkbar. Ich suche einen ruhigen, vertrauenswürdigen Zwischenmieter, idealerweise beruflich in Köln (Projekt, Messe, Jobstart) oder als Übergangslösung während Wohnungssuche...
