The rooms are furnished and amenities are provided (clean bed sheets, pillows, blankets, WIFI service). The guests will be comfortable in this peaceful and unique space. Please note that minimum rental is 3 months and if rental period is less than 5 months - i charge an additional 40 EUR per month. Utilities are calculated monthly on a consumption basis and the average price is for Summer ( 35-40 EUR) and Winter (40-50 EUR), of course, depends on usage. For stays longer than 3 months - 2 months deposit is required...
