Since I am going abroad for a semester, I would like to sublet my apartment. I feel very comfortable there. It is located in Oldenburg, close to the CentralStation. This makes it easy to get from A to B, as every bus stops right outside the door. The city center is just a few minutes' walk away, and the harbor is up the street. The university is a quick bus ride away (10 minutes), as is Jade University (6 minutes). There is a communal laundry and bicycle storage room. I would like to leave my furniture in the apartment, but I will of course remove all my personal belongings. Everything is included in the rent, and the deposit is one month's rent. How to rent this place
