Zur Wohnung: -Voll ausgestattete Küche (alle wichtigen Geräte vorhanden) -Großes Wohnzimmer mit Beamer & Nintendo Switch – gelegentlich gemeinsames Spielen, sonst sehr ruhig -Nichtraucherwohnung -Keine Haustiere (auch keine erwünscht) Zur WG: -Du würdest mit meinem Mitbewohner (m, 23, Nichtraucher, berufstätig) zusammenwohnen. -Ruhige und ordentliche WG-Atmosphäre Lage: -Perfekte Anbindung: Die S-Bahn-Haltestelle Schwabstraße ist vor der Haustüre. Du würdest in 30 Sekunden am Gleis stehen. -Sehr zentral in Stuttgart-West mit vielen Cafés, Supermärkten und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar Sonstiges: -Zimmer wird vollständig möbliert übergeben (s.
