Our two-bedroom apartment is a great place to stay at! It is located near river park Špica, just a 15-minute walk from the city centre. With 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area and a bathroom, it is ideal for families or small groups of friends. Jojo Apartment is a great deal! It is located on the third floor (no elevator) of the historical building and therefore it offers a nice view of the surrounding area. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a TV and a sofa, where an extra bed can be prepared for 1 more person. Another bedroom has a double bed. The apartment is suitable for 4 people. Fully equipped kitchen comes with the dining area. There is also a bathroom with a shower. It is ideal for families or small groups of friends. You will love staying at this place in a really good location. The heart of Ljubljana city centre is a few minutes’ walk away, but still, the apartment is located in an area that is accessible by cars and has public parking all around. How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
