Ich suche eine/n nette/n Untermieter/in für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung vom 14.02. - 01.09.2026. Die Wohnung ist möbliert wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, liegt im EG und verfügt über einen Flur, ein Badezimmer, ein Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer und eine separate Küche sowie eine gemütliche Terrasse im Garten :) Die Wohnung wurde frisch renoviert vor 2 Jahren und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Die nächste Bushaltestelle „Danziger Straße" der Linie 5 liegt ca. eine Minute entfernt. In die Innenstadt von Neu-Ulm fährt man 10 Minuten und auch der Ludwigsfelder Baggersee ist nur ca 10 Minuten mit dem Bus und 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt :) Außerdem befindet sich im Keller ein gemeinschaftlich genutzter Fahrradkeller und einen Waschraum. Die Nebenkosten beinhalten Wasser, Müll, Heizung usw. Strom und Internet sind in den sonstigen Kosten von 90 € Euro enthalten. Ich suche eine ruhige, zuverlässige und ordentliche Person, die verantwortungsvoll mit der ganzen Wohnung und der beinhalteten Ausstattung umgeht. Bei Fragen oder Interesse meldet euch gerne!...
