Everything has been newly refurbished with great attention to detail—windows, furniture, and all bedroom items are brand new and unused. The price of the available room is €445. It is 10 m2 and includes a 105 cm bed, a wardrobe with mirror, shelving unit, bedside table, and a study desk with chair. All utilities are included in the price: electricity, water, heating, and internet.
