Each room has bright windows. The price includes everything except electricity, which is shared among the tenants. (Water, internet, property tax, community fees... none of that to worry about.) Cada habitación tiene ventanas muy luminosas. En el precio está incluido todo, menos la luz a compartir entre los inquilinos.( agua, Internet, ibi, comunidad,..nada de eso hay que preocuparse)...
