The room is for 1 guest, and the apartment itself has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and toilet, a washing machine, and free Wi-Fi. There is underfloor heating and a central water supply in the building. Guests are provided with a cooling fan for the summer season. Other important information Please note that toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, etc.) and kitchen utensils (kitchen rolls, dishwashing liquid and coffee capsules, washcloths, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, etc.) are not replenished during your stay. Additional cleaning, change of bed linen and towels are available at an extra charge. PARKING: We recommend the nearest and cheapest parking garage at Volkertstraße 9, price EUR 8/day. Parking in Vienna is free on weekends from Friday 10:00 p.m. to Monday 9:00 a.m., unless prohibited by no parking signs. SUPERMARKETS: The nearest supermarket is BILLA (350 m) at Klosterneuburger Str. 33 and PENNY Markt, Rembrandtstraße 29. The city center is 20-22 minutes on foot or 12-15 minutes on foot + metro from the apartment.
