The flat consists of two large double bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and bathroom equipped with all amenities. The spacious rooms make the accommodation perfect for couples of friends who want to have their own space and live together! The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area of the city but very close to the centre and at the foot of Bergamo Alta, both within walking distance. There is plenty of free parking around the flat. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed with pillows, bedside tables, a wardrobe with mirror and a chest of drawers. The beds will already be made with sheets. Small/medium/large towels are also provided for each guest. The bathroom has a wall-mounted hairdryer, a hand soap dispenser and a body soap dispenser in the shower....

How rent is calculated

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.

More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
