The deposit is fully refundable. The security deposit will be charged to cover the cost of any damages or violations of the house content, appliances, any damaged, lost or missing items and breaking of house rules. The property reserves the right to calculate and deduct the damage deposit accordingly. Upon check-out we return the deposit back within 5-7 business days. All the deposit collections are processed through a secure payment system. If any issues arise, please inform us promptly for assistance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. We do understand that things may happen and we provide maintenance and address any emergencies within 24h. By confirming your booking, you agree to adhere to these house rules and accept the associated charges for any breaches.
