Das komplette Schlafzimmer wurde in 01/2023 modernisiert, das Wohnzimmer in 01/2024. Nun ist die Wohnung endlich so eingerichtet wie ich sie mir vorgestellt habe :-) Sämtliche Nebenkosten, Strom, Wasser, Warmwasser sind in der Miete enthalten. Du hast eine Internet Flatrate von 350GB und Smart-TV mit SAT-Anlage. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen unverbauten Blick nach Süden mit großem Balkon. Gegenüber sind zwei Bushaltestellen und das Klinikum. Den Arbeitsplatz kannst du selbstverständlich flexibel positionieren. Leider habe ich auf dieser Plattform noch keine Bewertungen, weil ich hier neu anfange. Ich vermiete aber bereits seit zwei Jahren über andere Foren mit sehr guten Bewertungen...
