Beschreibung: Ich biete meine gepflegte, vollständig möblierte Wohnung in Stuttgart-Nord zur Nutzung unter der Woche an – ideal für alle, die in Stuttgart arbeiten oder studieren und eine komfortable Unterkunft von Montag bis Freitag benötigen. Die Wohnung umfasst insgesamt drei Zimmer, wovon eines mir vorbehalten bleibt. Für dich ergibt sich somit eine vollwertige, gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit ca. 45 m2, inklusive eigenem abschließbaren Zimmer sowie Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad. Dein Zimmer (ca. 12 m2) ist mit einem 120×200 cm Bett ausgestattet. Die Matratze kann entweder mitgebracht oder von mir neu gestellt werden. Bei Bedarf kommt zweiwöchentlich eine Reinigungskraft für die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räume. Lage: Top angebunden in Stuttgart-Nord: • 2 Minuten zur U-Bahn • 8 Minuten zur S-Bahn • 3 Minuten zu Lidl • 10 Minuten zu Edeka & dm Wer passt gut? Ob Student/-in oder Berufstätige/-r - wichtig ist mir eine ruhige, saubere und zuverlässige Person. Nichtraucher und keine Haustiere.
