My flat is fully furnished with modern furniture and appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and oven. The apartment was completely renovated last year with brand‐new items, and I am the first tenant. It gets sunlight from all directions, making it bright and pleasantly warm even in winter. Located on the 5th floor, the building also has an elevator. The flat is in an amazing location on Mehringdamm in Berlin (Kreuzberg–Friedrichshain). Gleisdreieck Park is just to the left, and Victoria Park is directly across, only a 6‐minute walk away. Transport connections are excellent: U7 Mehringdamm is a 5‐minute walk, U1 and U3 are 6 minutes away, and the S‐Bahn is within 15 minutes on foot. There’s an EDEKA supermarket right under the building and a REWE directly opposite. The apartment truly has an unbeatable central location...
