Description

Hi, I'm Juan Carlos. With over 15 years of experience renting rooms, I like to provide information very clearly and precisely, so you're fully aware of what you're renting and the terms from the start. I'd like to introduce you to my student apartment for girls in Barcelona. This apartment has four bedrooms, which I'll be offering as they become available through this platform. The apartment is located a 10-minute walk from Plaza España in the 08015 postal code. It's in a well-served neighborhood with supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, and gyms, and a large shopping center ((hidden)) is just 5 minutes away. For easy access to the city, there's a Rocafort metro station (L1 Red) and several bus lines nearby. Now, let me explain the layout of this apartment: It's a 120-square-meter apartment with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 kitchen, and a large living/dining room. Each girl is responsible for the hygienic maintenance of her own room, as well as the cleanliness and tidiness of the common areas. A cleaning service is available every Friday from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. This service will perform a weekly cleaning of the common areas (living/dining room, bathroom, toilet, and kitchen). After cooking, everyone is responsible for cleaning all utensils used, leaving the kitchen clean and tidy so that the next person finds it clean. If you find the kitchen or bathroom dirty, please don't hesitate to ask your roommates to fulfill their responsibilities. Parties of any kind that could disrupt the peace and quiet of the neighborhood are not permitted in the apartment. Barcelona has a wide variety of restaurants and nightclubs where parties can be held. The consumption of tobacco, alcoholic beverages, and any other chemical substances that may alter one's state of consciousness is not allowed in the apartment. Any violation related to the consumption of these substances in the apartment will result in immediate expulsion. As the landlord, we request that you refrain from making sporadic weekend visits without prior arrangement with the other housemates to avoid unpleasant situations and disturbances with the neighbors. All utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet, and cleaning) are connected and up-to-date. This means that I, as the account holder, will pay the bills first, and then I will show them to you, and each housemate will pay their proportional share. To move into the apartment, you must pay the current month's rent or a pro-rata portion thereof, plus a security deposit of one month's rent. This deposit will be returned at the end of your stay, provided you are up-to-date with your payments and the room is in perfect condition (no holes in the walls, stickers on the doors and windows, etc.). Each month, between the 1st and 5th, you will pay your rent to the landlord in cash, and you will receive a receipt in return. Regarding bedding, each housemate is responsible for providing their own linens and according to their preferences. The room will be delivered clean and in perfect condition, just as you can see in the photos. You will also be given a set of apartment keys, which you must not lose. Never put personal information or the apartment address on the keyring you choose to attach these keys to, to avoid theft in case of loss. If you need us to pick you up or drop you off at the airport, we can do so for a small fee. Alternatively, you can take the airport shuttle bus, which will drop you off at Plaça Espanya, 10 minutes from the apartment. If it's your first time in Barcelona, I also offer the option of accompanying you on your first day to explore the neighborhood or the city. I can help you find supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping centers, etc. Please keep in mind that, as the owner, I simply want you to live comfortably in my home and be able to study and enjoy Barcelona. For any questions or concerns you may have, please feel free to contact me through this platform. I ask for your patience in our communication, as my English is basic. Best regards...
