I am offering a lovely large furnished room in an altbau with French balcony. The room offers an abundance of natural light as it has two windows located on a South West facing corner. The windows are fitted with dark curtain for those days when the light is not welcomed! The room includes 140 bed, clothing closet, dresser, desk and eating table. I am currently living her during the week with my dog and child. The dog lives here full time and the child part time. The other flatmate is in a Phd research program and keeps regular hours. I like to live in a warm and welcoming environment where we can talk an engage with one another. I do not expect to be best friends or need to have dinner together but I do not want to feel as if I am sharing my space with a complete stranger....
