Die Wohnung befindet sich in den ehemaligen Mitarbeiterhäusern der Leipziger Baumwollspinnerei, einem sanierten Altbau von 2017. Ich bin Zweitbezug. Das Haus ist sehr gut wärmeisoliert und im Bad gibt es Fußbodenheizung – ideal gerade im Winter. Im Haus wohnen nur vier weitere Parteien, pro Etage eine Wohnung. Wir sind ein entspanntes Haus mit familiärer Stimmung. Die Wohnung bietet: - ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett - ein helles Arbeitszimmer (ideal fürs Homeoffice) - eine großzügige Wohnküche - Bad mit Dusche und separater Badewanne - eine Terrasse und einen eigenen Garten (Westlage) - vollständig möbliert – du kannst direkt einziehen Konditionen: - befristete Zwischenmiete für 2 Monate (Januar & Februar) - Miete (alles inklusive): 950 Euro/Monat - Option auf Verlängerung bzw.
