Situated on the fifth floor, the apartment features an entrance, corridor, kitchen with an adjoining room, two double rooms, and two single rooms, along with two bathrooms. The cost includes all utilities (electricity, water, gas, heating, condominium, unlimited internet, waste disposal tax, elevator usage, etc.). A two-month security deposit is required. Booking conditions: 1. To reciede from the contract: 3 months' notice or identification of a replacement. 2. The extra bills includes a reimbursement (generally 70 euros per month) for the consumption of electricity, water, gas, heating, condominium, unlimited internet, waste tax, etc. 3.
