Near I90, quite neighborhood; near some health care systems. I work from home; at times will be out for months at a time. I only will have one room renter so IF I AM GONE you will have the whole house. You can park on drive way and or street; $25 charge monthly if want to park in garage. (optional). You have locked private room; hallway bathroom on 2nd floor near room is the renters. pictures of loft uploaded. You have access to all living spaces besides master bedroom. some weights and work out equipment in basement. treadmill on main floor....
