Managed by Nick from Liverpool City Accommodation (LCA). We are a very small family run business that specialises in serviced accommodation. We have managed this apartment for rental for over 10 years. Relax in my large comfortably furnished apartment with its charming Cathedral views! By the University of Liverpool, and within walking distance to Liverpool City Centre. Fast FibreOptic Wifi ! 24 hour security staff & cctv cameras so it is very safe & secure. It's a spacious 1930's apartment, with room to relax. It is a residential complex, set back from the main roads, helping ensure a quiet night's sleep. I am sure you will love using my apartment as a base for your time in the City! :) The space WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE HAVE VERY FAST FIBREOPTIC WIFI INTERNET INSTALLED (UNSHARED), CHECKED AND RUNNING GREAT AT FAST SPEED ! AN INCREASING NUMBER OF GUESTS ARE COMING TO WORK REMOTELY AND SO WE HAVE GOT FAST WIFI NOW TO ENABLE THEM TO USE THE FLAT AS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK FROM. The details about my flat that previous guests have told me that they love is that it is peacefully quiet, homely, spacious, centrally located, the charming lounge with superfast fibreoptic WiFi & On Demand movies to relax and unwind in, the Tassimo instant coffee machine and its magical night time views of the cathedral. Something that some guests may not have liked are that the flat is on the 3rd floor & has no elevator for access! Many guests enjoy to book for only one single person. But as there are 2 bedrooms with double beds in each, a foldaway small guest bed, my apartment can sleep up to 5 guests! (2 guests in each bed , 1 guest on folding bed/or on the sofa). I love my flat , it is spacious, traditional, very quiet and cosy with its own private art deco style 1930s balcony. If you've ever stayed in the very heart of Liverpool city centre, you may have been disturbed by excessive noise from the street at night times, especially so on the weekends. What I love about my flat is that it is walking distance to the centre of the city, but it is also quiet and peaceful at night time with no traffic noise. So it is perfect for relaxing with a cappuccino and unwinding after a busy day. There are some lovely communal gardens in the complex and large outdoor spaces here to enjoy. It is also very safe and secure, there are always night time staff in the office observing the entire site with cameras. During my 10 plus years of living here, I have never had an issue with security. My apartment is in a site complex built in the 1930s in old art deco style, it has an interesting history and character. Many notable and famous figures of the past have had an association with living in the complex. It is important to note that my flat is old fashioned in build, style and interior and it is not as luxurious as hotels or new modern city centre developments on offer. It is suited more for those who are looking for a homely inexpensive place, so please consider looking for more prestigious premium (hidden) listings if you require top quality or luxury. Movie and coffee lovers will be pleased to know that I have a full Plex account (with thousands of new movies and TV shows), On Demand TV channels and my big DVD collection (I love movies) that you are welcome to use, and also an amazing Tassimo coffee pod machine in the kitchen that easily makes high quality fresh coffees and americanos! Fibreoptic super fast Wifi Internet is provided throughout! Responsible and respectful guests only please! Please be quiet and respect the neighbours. Treat my home as though it were your own and tidy up after yourself as you go along and before you leave. KITCHEN : is fitted with Tassimo coffee machine for instant fresh high quality coffees, oven, washing machine, electric hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge freezer. You will find tea & coffee, snacks, and there is saucepans, cutlery and plates provided. LIVING ROOM: is a big size and has Firebreoptic fast WiFi Router, a large sofa, large coffee table, dining table and chairs, large 32" flatscreen TV & full Plex movies account, On Demand TV plus my DVD collection, USB/CD player, books, local maps & guidebooks to read (there is the option for 1 guest to sleep on the folding camping bed). BEDROOM 1 : The large bedroom has a Tempur memory foam double bed for 2 people. It has fitted wardrobes with plenty of space for anything you have. There is an iron & ironing board and a beautiful cathedral view! BEDROOM 2: the second bedroom has a double bed which can sleep 1 person very comfortably (but 2 adults can fit into this bed too) . It also has a wardrobe. BATHROOM: fitted with electric shower, basin and WC, towels, shampoo, shower gel and soap. There is an electric LED mirror with Bluetooth speaker in it for those who want to play music from their phone. BALCONY AREA : 1930s traditional art deco style, it is a quiet and charming large space. This is the only area where smoking is permitted. WiFi super fast fibreoptic internet is available in every room. The flat has old style economy 7 storage heaters which take some time to warm up if they have been off THE FLAT IS STRICTLY NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES OR EVENTS Guest access I will leave you with the entire flat for you to use and I will be staying nearby :) Come through the black gates into the complex, follow to the left, then left again to find the flat. The flat is up on the 3rd floor , accessed by stairs only (no elevator), so I would not recommend it for disabled or elderly guests. Many guests wish to book for only one person but due to 2 bedrooms & camping bed, up to 5 is possible! It is a good sized flat with adequate space & modern kitchen & WiFi throughout. Pets are not allowed except under special circumstances with prior permission. Other things to note When first contacting me please let me know what time you will be arriving at, as I work full time and will have to carefully plan my schedule for the day you arrive. This is very important! Please check to make sure that you have booked for the correct number of guests that are coming. Also on your arrival day, keep me updated on your whereabouts in good time ! It is especially important to let me know if you are delayed. So please get in touch with me by phone, text or Watsapp as soon as you arrive in Liverpool (by plane, bus, etc) to give me plenty of time to travel to be ready for you. If I am not available at the time you arrive, we will make arrangements for you to collect the keys when you arrive at my flat. Upon arrival please show your governement approved ID that you used for the booking (for each guest). Please read the house rules when you book and read them again just before you arrive. It's a NO SHOES property. So please remove outdoor shoes when you get inside my flat, I recommend that you bring your own slippers with you if you wish...

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
