I'm looking for a tenant for 6 months from January 15, 2026, to July 15, 2026 (extension possible by arrangement) !!! Renting out my modern, sunny 2-room attic apartment (75 sqm) in Charlottenburg-Nord from January 15, 2026, for a temporary lease of 6 months. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of an old building – without an elevator, but with lots of light, high ceilings, and a beautiful terrace that offers complete privacy. Location & surroundings: The apartment is located in Charlottenburg-Nord, just a few minutes' walk from Charlottenburg Palace, the Spree River, and several beautiful green spaces – perfect for walking, jogging, or soaking up the sun. Supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants are just around the corner. The connection to public transportation is excellent (subway, bus, S-Bahn), as is the proximity to the city highway. Charlottenburg is a classic Berlin neighborhood: green, elegant, and at the same time close to hotspots such as Mitte or Kreuzberg. Furnishings & amenities: The apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard (Bolia, HAYS, SONOS – ideal for anyone who wants to move in without any hassle but still doesn't want to settle for standard furnishings.) Living room: large couch, armchair, 60-inch Sony TV, sideboard, custom-made large desk and wall cabinet, Bolia lamps, and a solid dining table with 6 chairs (an absolute eye-catcher in the apartment, which I am always asked about, made from a piece of tree). There is also a chest of drawers and a SONOS box. Bedroom: Box spring bed (160 cm), wardrobe, makeup console with mirror, additional storage space in an industrial locker, and SONOS system. Kitchen: Fully equipped fitted kitchen with oven, hob, refrigerator (including freezer compartment), dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, as well as crockery, cutlery, and cups. With window. Bathroom: Bathtub, washing machine, base cabinet and tall cabinet, mirror, and a SONOS speaker. With window. Terrace: comfortable seating consisting of a pallet sofa and two armchairs, plant pots and a parasol – sun until around 4 p.m. in summer. Terrace faces the courtyard. Extras: SONOS system in all rooms, bicycle parking spaces in the courtyard, parking possible with resident parking permit, beautiful sunrises and sunsets depending on the side of the apartment. Rental conditions: The monthly rent is an all-inclusive price and covers rent, cold & warm utilities, electricity, heating, water, internet, and GEZ in full. Looking for: A working person or couple with proof of income and current Schufa credit report. The apartment is a non-smoking household, pets are unfortunately not allowed. A deposit of EUR 3000 is required. Upon request, I am happy to provide fresh bed linen, towels, and some plants. We can discuss further details in person at any time. I am looking forward to nice, reliable tenants who will appreciate this special apartment as much as I do....
