The property has 116 m2, distributed into five bedrooms, two shared bathrooms, a spacious entrance hall, and a kitchen with a balcony and an island connected to the living room. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan with light, wardrobe, desk and study chair, bed with bedside table, and decorative details that make the space cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster...) as well as full kitchenware. It includes an island that connects with the living room. The living room is furnished with a chaise-longue sofa, flat-screen TV, side table, and many additional details. The available room has a 1.35 m bed with a mattress and complete bedding (sheets, duvet, cover and pillows), a study desk with lamp and bin, a bedside table with lamp, and a wardrobe with hangers. The price is €475 per month with all expenses included (electricity, water, heating, building fees and internet). Due to the landlord’s obligation to take out civil liability insurance covering damages, losses and risks that may be attributable to the tenant, the tenant will be charged forty euros (€40) on the first invoice, corresponding to the proportional cost of the insurance for the duration of the contract.
