The apartment is divided as follows: · Bedroom 1 (approx. 125 sq ft / 11.6 m2): An ideal single room, equipped with a single bed (approx. 35 x 75 inches / 90 x 190 cm), desk with chair, dresser, and a clothes rack. · Bedroom 2 (approx. 125 sq ft / 11.6 m2): Comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed (approx. 55 x 79 inches / 140 x 200 cm), a spacious wardrobe (approx. 39 x 87 x 24 inches / 100 x 220 x 60 cm), and a private workspace with a small desk and chair. · Bedroom 3 (approx. 206 sq ft / 19.1 m2): The largest bedroom features a large double bed (approx. 79 x 79 inches / 200 x 200 cm), which can be flexibly separated into two single beds (approx. 39 x 79 inches / 100 x 200 cm each) if needed. A large wardrobe (approx. 79 x 87 x 24 inches / 200 x 220 x 60 cm) offers plenty of storage space. · Living Room (approx. 320 sq ft / 29.7 m2): A spacious common area with a leather sofa, leather armchair, and an additional sofa bed (sleeping area approx. 63 x 79 inches / 160 x 200 cm). The dining table is extendable and seats 5-8 people – perfect for shared meals or meetings. Tenant Requirements: We are looking for reliable tenants who appreciate high-quality furnishings. Registration (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung): We can issue the "Wohnungsgeberbestätigung" (landlord confirmation certificate). You will need this document to officially register your residence (Anmeldung) at the local citizens' office/town hall, which is a mandatory requirement for anyone moving to Germany.
