A spacious 120 m2 apartment built and decorated with the best finishes, good insulating windows, quality wooden floors and every detail in furniture: rugs, curtains and classic style paintings, all in perfect condition. It is located on a first floor that requires walking up, although the building has a lift. With a security camera in the entrance hall, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and central heating in all rooms, cable TV, Internet, dishwasher, washer-dryer and everything necessary for an unbeatable stay. With capacity for 4 people, this great apartment has 2 excellent and very cosy bedrooms. In one of them there are two single beds arranged in a trundle bed and therefore together, and in the other a queen-size double bed. In both, plenty of wardrobe space to place clothes. Both decorated with mahogany-coloured wooden furniture and nautical motifs. Very beautiful. The living room has a sofa, a chat area with TV and a dining area. The bathrooms are fantastic, renovated with marble, one with a shower and another en-suite in the main bedroom, with a bathtub. The kitchen is super spacious and comfortable and is phenomenally equipped. The apartment has a terrace overlooking a large interior courtyard (about 20 m2) which has been fitted with awnings, tables and chairs for use. An addition that makes this apartment the perfect choice. This apartment does not have a private parking space. However, you will find a public car park within approximately 100 metres of the apartment. The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance. Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment. 🍁To take into account: IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
