The apartment is located on the second floor of a residential building. The building has a ramp to access the entrance hall, lift and concierge. The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower and a toilet. Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, in addition to the comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, washing machine and oven among other appliances. The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance. Central heating hours (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM. 🍁To take into account: IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU).
