On Sundays, both the El Rastro market and the cafés and street food stalls in the area are filled with visitors. This apartment is located in the city centre, a few metres from the La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are completely innovative. It is the ideal place to have a snack on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at El Rastro, a very diverse open-air market. 🍁The apartment: This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift. Upon entering, on the right-hand side, is the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything necessary for cooking; on the left-hand side is the first double bedroom with two single beds. Next, you can enjoy a living room decorated with great taste and equipped with a single leather sofa bed. The night area has two additional double bedrooms, both with a double bed and decorated with a lovely design in light colours. The bathroom is modern and has a shower. There is WiFi connection, heating and partial air conditioning only in the living room. The cot is subject to availability. Please advise at the latest 5 days in advance. Central heating schedule (only during winter, November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM. This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within approximately 150 metres of the apartment. 🍁To be taken into account: IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU).
