Very comfortable, warm and light studio in the north of Valencia city. Very quiet neighborhood, no parties or loud bars around. It's on the 6th floor with an elevator in the building. You can drink coffee or have a meal on the balcony that overlooks the beautiful mountains and green fields. The kitchen is totally equipped with everything needed for cooking. There is A/C and Wi-Fi in the studio. Lots of buses and trams around. No problem in getting to the beach or to the center. The studio has a big bathroom with a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary household utensils. The windows with a balcony offer stunning views of the fields and mountains, as well as bright red sunsets. The walls and windows in the studio are completely noise-insulated. There is also a Smart TV with the ability to stream content from your phone. The owner will require your personal data and to sign a seasonal lease agreement for the period of your stay. Transfer is available from/to the airport (30€), train station (20€), or bus station (15€)...
