Ich vermiete mein möbliertes Zimmer in Karlsruhe 76187 vom 13. Dezember bis zum 31. Januar (1,5 Monate / 7 Wochen) unter, da ich über Weihnachten nach Hause fliege. Wir sind eine ruhige, freundliche Gruppe von 5 Mitbewohnerinnen, die gerne gemeinsam essen und Zeit miteinander verbringen, aber auch ihre Privatsphäre schätzen. Kaltmiete: 4500 €/Monat Nebenkosten: 100 €/Monat Kaution: 550 € Über die Wohnung Die Wohnung ist hell, modern, nur für Frauen und komplett ausgestattet – perfekt für alle, die sich auch nur für kurze Zeit wie zu Hause fühlen möchten. Es gibt eine große Wohnküche mit Esstisch, Geschirrspüler, Backofen und großem Kühlschrank. Von dort aus haben Sie direkten Zugang zu einem gemütlichen Wintergarten/Balkonbereich mit Sofa und Grünfläche zum Entspannen, Lesen oder um eine Tasse Kaffee zu genießen. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken, eine Toilette und ein Fenster. ⸻ Über das Zimmer Das Zimmer ist hell, ruhig und komplett möbliert und eignet sich perfekt zum Arbeiten oder Lernen. Es verfügt über ein großes Fenster, modernen Laminatboden, eine gemütliche Lese-Ecke und viel Platz. ⸻ Lage Die Lage ist super praktisch: Nur 8 Gehminuten entfernt befinden sich Rewe, Penny und die S-Bahn (S1/S11).
